Christmas Wish Scrapbook Layout
I created this layout using the Very Merry Collection from Simple Stories. The floral papers in this collection are beautiful. I love how the red and green pops against the black background. I decided to scrap this black and white photo because I love how it looks with the colors in the collection. You'll notice from my other scrapbook layouts that I usually scrap only 1 photo per page. The photos I choose to scrap are my favorite photos. I decided a long time ago that I wouldn't scrap every photo. It was just too overwhelming to attempt to scrap all of them. By choosing only a few favorites I feel less stress and I can enjoy taking my time creating each layout!

I love to add sewing machine stitching to my layouts. It adds texture and I just love how it looks.
I was surprised at how even the stitching turned out on this layout!
I added a cute little bow to the top of the photo. Sometimes little touches add a lot to a layout.
I like to add the date somewhere on my layouts. Sometimes I use a roller date stamp. This time I used some number stickers.
This embellishment cluster is a combination of stickers from the Very Merry Collection and stuff I pulled from my stash.
I used adhesive foam dots to attach the heart, wood veneer tree, snowman, packages, bingo card and metal badge to the layout.
To complete the layout I added a wish sticker and some red sequins to the upper left hand corner of the layout.
Thanks for stopping by my blog! I hope you enjoyed seeing how I created this layout.
